Whathappened at Futrinka during week 50?

The year is closing very soon but the week was very busy for us even now.

Fityke came to our Hungarian Vizsla Rescue group, taken in by the ex-owners.

Habókos Apó had a positive routine heart worm test and the sterilization would have been very risky. Following the slower but safer treatment the second test was negative and this week he was sterilized.

Unfortunately, we had some sad news as well: our ex-dog, Fender, came back to us. He took over control in the family and they could not tolerate his behaviour.

Two of our dogs were adopted this week. Jácint had been found by hikers tied to a tree, but luckily, had no psychological or physical problems after that. And this week he was finally adopted.

From the Lizka babies this week September was adopted and moved.

At our basic activity group a few dogs were sterilized this week.

Serena, the shy little girl had negative heart worm test and was sterilized. She is ready for adoption and we need to find the perfect family for her.

Gyömbér (Ginger) was also sterilized. For him we are looking for an owner with dog experience and sufficient time and patience to turn him into a dream dog.

Hajnal (Dawn) was also sterilized. After the operation she immediately moved to her new family and is now officially a dog with owner.

We also had a newcomer this week, Harley Quinn. He was brought in by the ex-owners. They had poor living conditions and he did not have a lot of attention. He is not well-trained, jumps all around and has a lot to learn.

At the end of the year the dachshunds are also preparing for celebrations.

This week Pletykás (Gossipy) arrived. She is a 7-month old dachshund girl with charming ears.

The success of the week is the adoption of Apóka. After 1.5 years he is finally a dog with family. He is very happy in his new home living together with a new partner.

Tekla girl, the little wire-haired mixed girl also moved to her new place. Lulu will be her new mate, a wire-haired dachshund girl. They made friends very fast and now they sleep together.

Missie, our beautiful wire-haired girl also has a new family. Her shy and friendly nature was too cute to resist and she even goes to work with the owner.
