Who has never tried, will not know how
difficult it is to give for adoption in a world where everyone seems to think
he knows everything, but considers everything disposable and feels he can treat
them that way, being far not humble to the world, but getting annoyed in case
the world does not seem to acknowledge him as the center of the universe.
Maga could finally undergo
neutralization this week, and finally moved to a family. They had been eagerly
waiting for him, hence our shock when a couple of days later they gave him
back, saying the tremolous dog was almost biting when taken to someone’s lap,
and even a vet friend of theirs had warned them that this dog, arriving with an
unfortunate past, will never open up. We do not believe so, because our
experience shows a different result. Maga is looking for an owner again.
Despite our bad experience life has not stopped, producing a fortunate
week – as two of our long-time, not really young protected dogs have become
owned. The row was opened by Barnu, getting used to the flat pretty fast,
enjoying the full attention – and the sofa as well .:)
The other fortunate was Szofi, who managed to steal the heart of the
future owners at her visit – and we immediately moved her, as she also has the
right place in a family.
We had Raul, a dachshund-basset mixture, arriving from the Szekszárd
shelter – not described as being absolutely non-problematic, but we are sure
that he will gather himself great also emotionally.
Two of our dogs were neutralized this
week, not without some stress as both of them have heartworms.
Szonár is a small-size mixture
male, coming from the Eger shelter. A really happy creature, who would love to
belong to a family…anyone?
Küllő, our pseudo-dachshund from Szarvas was also operated, also going
well luckily. Küllő is a real character, a funny dog, still keeping himself to
himself
To our chanceless mixtures group a cat lady has arrived, Nörsz – being the
member of a family left alone by their mum in a garage.
From the Építés family the first dog, Érdek has flown out, to find a family
in Debrecen. Nine others are still waiting for an owner.
From the Hungarian vizsla breed rescue several dogs have landed at
owners this week, some in Hungary and some abroad, through one of our foreign
partner organizations. All in all, Fancsi, Berek and Franka have become owned.

Bodony moved to a temporary adoptive.
Boszi needed an ultrasound checkup, for the extreme frequent urination
stimuli – unfortunately she needs to be operated as there is something not
fitting in in her body
T. Sunny, the shy Great Dane female was adopted from among the breed rescue protectees. Her new family is the girl being with her during the dogschool trainings
