On Saturday we went
for a walk on Hajógyári Island to celebrate Vajda’s birthday. We are very
grateful that the owner of our ex-dog, Demény and the foster mother of Vajda
organized it for us. We are very happy that so many of you came and brought so
many presents to Vajda for his birthday. We met some of our ex-dogs, which is
always something great. Thank you for being together.
At our Pointer
Rescue Group, as we wrote it before, Sima Sári’s unltrasound results show that
her breasts, womb and uterus are full of tumors. On Monday she was operated on
and although the operation went ok, she woke up slowly. She got painkillers and
antibiotics and since then she has been relaxing with her caretakers inside the
warm house.
Fügci came to us
from the ex-owner. After their child was born, life changed. Fügci was stressed
and they decided to give us the dog. We could immediately see that her soul is
very sensitive and we are working to make her a well-balanced dog.
Tücsök bácsi is
living the life of carefree pensioners with his caretaker. However, this week
he was taken to hospital with gastric ulcer and stomach bleeding and his treatment
immediately started.
One of the puppies
with the skin disease, MiniMóni, moved to the new owner last week, AnniPanni had
visitors this week, which was a great success and she is also moving to her new
home soon.
After two
unsuccessful attempts this week Valenta found a new family again. We do hope
this time she will stay there forever and will be loved by the new family.
This week Rezes moved
to a new family. It was not easy first but the owner managed very well and we
hope everything will be ok.
Lizandosz came to us
from the ex-owner and went to live with a family in a pet hotel.
BeatRicse joined us
last week. The lab tests were surprising: babesia. She does not have the
typical symptoms, she has a simple version of it.
Zoella came to us
from the ex-owner. Her treatments were too expensive and they could not afford
it. So she came to us. She has problems with her vagina and her womb is also too
large. Based on the lab results she will be operated on in a very short time.
At the Great Dane
Rescue Group this week Sherlock got adopted! The shy giant was visited several
times and love was mutual so at the weekend Sherlock left us. Thank you very
much, Edina, his temporary caretaker for looking after him, teaching and loving
this big boy.
Have a great life,
Sherlock!
The new dog of the
Dachshund Group is Honor, the wirehaired dachshund boy, who came from Pápa, He
is friendly, funny, a sterilized boy, who is waiting for his new family.
The good news of the
week: Linzer had visitors, who would like to adopt her. She is waiting for her
new home.
This week,
unfortunately, two of our dogs returned.
Bomó, the 11-year-old
dachshund mixture boy is looking for family again.
Unfortunately, some
people are not serious about their decisions and do not care about the dog when
they return them after some months for some reasons. This time the dog barked.
Bomó is waiting for
family again.
The other returning
dog is Jojó, a perfect dog. There was a reason here as well. He was losing hair
and somebody had allergy to it.
This is very strange
as some months have passed.
Jojó is a very good
dog and now is waiting to be adopted.
