What happened at Furtrinka during week 21?

On the morning, 26th of May, another 8 policemen came to our yard with a public area supervisor and a citizen guard. Unfortunately, the president of our association came to the scene,( She went to the yard for other reasons.) the Public Area Supervisor has been alredy let in to our yard by our colleagues. All this again! Without any declaration or paper! They did this again referring to the existing declaration. They checked the identity chips of the dogs on the yard. Dogs are registered in the name of private individuals.

When the President of our Society asked them why they came, then the public area supervisor said that a decision to keep a dog in the area was prohibited. There is no row about it in the declaration which was already published.
The public area supervisor asked our President’s personal documents, who on the proposal of a legal representative, refused to hand over her documents. She was threatened by the public area supervisor, that he will ask the police help who are waiting outside to do the identity check. For this reason, our President replied that she would like to justify herself for the police.
Our association president demanded help from the police who denied the identity check.

The President of our association asked the police why they came and why they were harassed and threatened by a public benefit organization that was responsible for animal protection instead of being subjected to animal cruelty or other offenders. All this with 8 policemen, the tax payers' money. Police officers who did not entrance into the yard answered that they have been instructed by the local government, to prevent crime and misconduct. They did not give another answer, but recorded everything about us as if we were some criminals or mafioso.

The Hungarian government has declared the Hungarian breeds of dogs as the Hungarian Vizsla, and it has been declared like a Hungaricum. It seems that this does not bother a notary, a public area supervisor, a civil servant, a police officer and some local residents, who hinder the operation of a large Hungarian Vizsla breed rescue association. Nor is it that this activity goes to the lives of the dogs that need to be saved and to the taxpayer's money!

In the program of FEM3 Café we talked about the noble purpose of temporary affiliation through Pufóka Lili case. During the horror of a few weeks ago, Lili was saved by our president in the last minute from the abduction.
Lili temporarily moved to Kata, but eventually she could not let her go.
Why did she decide that way? She share with us in the video!

If you are interested in the temporary affiliation, Lili and Kata's story, check out the full broadcast by clicking the link below:

Our Vizsla rescue group took over the two vizslas taken into care of the village of Szerep, called Nemes and Jeles.

You can see  in the above picture the 1 years old male Vizsla, who was found in Monor. He did not have identification chip. He wandered for two weeks, they was not able to catch him. Finally the helpers of the Kutyamentsvár caught him. Fortunately, because it is not possible to know how long it would have been for the wandering. He was emaciated when they found him. His body was full of ticks, and he lose his fur, because hiding a lot. She is a shy, but friendly dog, she is eating with good taste. Since we did not find a chip, we're looking for an original owner for 14 days, who can validate their ownership with valid documents. Méri arrived from békés’s carrion-pit to our care.

Based on the plans  two dogs and two vizslas should to arrive into our core activity group from the szerep’s carrion-pit. One of them called Saul is a huge teddy-bear, who were emaciated on the death-line, then he woke up among his dead mates’ bodies the next day. He also appeared on the next week's s exterminating list, so we wanted to take care of him. But due to his size he did not fit into the car next to the boxes, so he came to our care next day.

Our other arrivals would be Pici Keksz, but because of the lack of administration there, the dogs were replaced and he did not come to the end. Transit was conducted by the Bogáncs Menhely volunteer during the week, because they expected her arrival originally. Pici Keksz with Saul arrived to us.
We also helped save them as a receiving organization.

At the Dachshund group, this week was of the arrivals. They are asking help for a lot of dogs, but unfortunately we do not have the opportunity to help for everyone. We are currently very many, unfortunately in  the summer time season, less interest in our dogs.
Summer, vacation, break, we are confident that we can change that.

Tamita, the 1 years old, small, black-cherry female datschund mix came from the békés’s carrion-pit. She is a real hysterical girl, but you can not resist her.

This week, two dogs came to our care who had a puppy. But either they did not find them or died when they already arrived. Both of the dogs are frightfully lean, but yet they are kind and trusts in people. The most important for us to strengthen their immune system, gain weight and calm down, they believe they are in the right place in right hands.

Gyöngy the standard short haired 3 years old female datschund dog was found behind a clattered doors a shed of an austrian family summer house . Two of her puppies were already very weak. One of them almost immediately gave up. The other died the next day morning. Mum is much better now. She eats well and her weight has grown.

Pöti is a two years old dwarf sized, short-haired, female datschund mix, who was found near Szeged. She might birth puppies lately, but we did not find them. Her breast was full of milk, ther is lack of her fur some place on her body, but she is a love bomb. She get food to eat 4 times a day. The lack of her fur on her body started to be get better, and her weight is much better now. She loves sleeping in bed and gets in touch with everyone.

Áldor and Kaja 1 years old fuzzy haired male dachshunds, who are arrived from an owner. They are very uneducated, do not know to walk on the leash, they are very nice people, but they do not really come out with the dogs.We are currently working with them and hope that we could improve their behavior issues.
