What happened at Futrinka on the 33rd week of 2015?

We seem to be leaving the slowest week of this summer behind, and though there is no week with absolutely no happening, this one resulted in less than usual stories.

The group of our chanceless mixtures was strenghtened by two new arrivals. Anubisz has been found in Sukoró, with his original owner not showing up. The young, midsize mixture male is a shy one with a great soul, currently waiting for his final family at a temporary one.

Vidar is a Great Dane – vizsla mixture guy, who has proved to be too big a challenge for his previous owner. Luckily an extremely nice one, just a bit thoughtless yet, which might be frightening for an inexperienced owner in such a size.

Esmee and Lordi have arrived at our care from their previous owners. With no temporary adoptives available they were placed at our kennel row.

Though we still have beautiful summer days with many taking a rest or being away, this does not mean the would-be owners would not show up. Four of our puppies have found a loving and responsible family, undertaking to continue their vaccination programmes, neutralization and visiting dogschools.

From the W-family two dogs left their temporary adoptives this week. Will and Wendy have both become city dogs, with warm sofas and two long walks ensured for every day

Keszi had been given as a gift for his previous owner, but after chewing some items, the family wanted to get rid of him at any price…a dog-lover managed to save him, in the end landing at our care. Luckily he did not have to wait too long to meet the dream owner. This week he could also move to his new home, the first evening occupying the soft bed.

Lolka, previously being found together with his brother, Bolka in Fehérvár, luckily moved to his final owner this week. He did not have to move too far from his temporary adoptive…his neighbour fell in love with him, deciding to raise him.

This week Norka was neutered, with no barrier any more in front of being owned, she will soon move to her new family.

Even though we have more than usual puppies at our care, this week a new request for help came, for which we simply could not say no. The B family arrived at us this way. 6 vizsla mixture babies, saved by the Balassagyarmat animal rescue from among extreme bad conditions. They are 3 little girls and 3 boys, appr. 12-week-old and fortunately all of them at temporary adoptives by now. We are looking for their final adoptive families who would undertake to continue their vaccination programmes, neutralization and of course loving and taking care of them forever.
