What happened at Futrinka on the 36th week of 2015?

The summer turned out to be unusually void of big adoption events. Luckily, it seems to be changing in the fall. We are booked for every weekend already so the public can meet our dogs and also can support the organization by purchasing our gift items. This past weekend we spent at the Érd Township’s community event. We had several dogs there, no matches though…

 Esmé found her loving family.

New arrival, Anubisz tested negative for heartworm. The diagnosis made it possible the proceed with neutering immediately. Now he is available for adoption. He would look lovely next to a pyramid or perhaps on a regular couch…

Dachshund newcomers Horzsol and Pörzse are recovering together from their neutering procedures. This bonded pair is also heartworm free and ready to receive visitors.

P. Dórika, P. Csibész and P. Füles were surrendered to our Vizsla Rescue division after their owner’s death.

Charged with assassination of poultry Sára and Samu, a mother and son team, is temporarily seeking refuge at Futrinka. Their rap’ sheet is in the open. We still hope that there are humans out there who would consider adopting these vizslas even with a tarnished reputation.

Copperfield was also given in by owners. He is only six weeks old but his young life had already threatened by euthanasia only because he has a hernia. We are happy to be able to save him.

Ajúr and  Léni  recently under our care via a Debrecen  rescue organization.

Búzavirág found her forever home. Her former fosters decided to keep her for good.

Two of the  W-babies Whoopie and  Willow also have homes that they call their own now.

Kolos and Kincső also “flew the coop”.  Happy trails you two!

Remény, one of the most dramatic rescues this year, found his home with the help of one of our partner organizations abroad. Many people rooted for this little guy. Have a happy life Remény.

Töki de Szőlősi is ready for adoption. He is heartworm free and also neutered. This is what a serious gentleman look like.

We had a small health scare with Szőlősi Liza. She had a vet check up and luckily, she is perfectly fine. We are all happy about it too.

We had to say goodbye to one of mommy Szegfűszeg’s babies this week. Széna gave up the fight. Her pain is gone now.

Rénó, also an owner surrender.  He seems to get along with felines. A commendable canine talent.
